Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in data architecture, data modeling, and data management with a focus on Oracle CX applications.
• Proven experience leading large-scale data migration and conversion projects for Oracle CX environments (e.g., Sales, Service, Marketing).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the overall data architecture strategy for Oracle CX applications.
• Lead large-scale Oracle CX data conversion projects, including ETL from legacy systems to Oracle CX platforms.
• Integrate Oracle CX data models with Oracle ERP, HCM, and third-party applications.
• Enforce data governance policies and standards to ensure high-quality CX data.
