Job summary

Motorola Solutions in Chicago, IL is seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst specializing in Oracle CPQ to drive the optimization of the platform and bridge business objectives with technical execution.

You will collaborate with Sales and Product teams, map As-Is and To-Be processes, lead UAT, and ensure scalable CPQ configurations. This role requires 8+ years of BA experience, 3+ years of Oracle CPQ, and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT professional work experience as a Business Analyst.
• 3+ years of Oracle CPQ experience or similar technology.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Knowledge of Lead-to-Cash lifecycle and sales tech best practices.
• Strong communication and ability to translate technical concepts for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Map As-Is and To-Be processes to identify gaps in the seller experience.
• Lead discovery sessions to gather and document functional requirements and user stories.
• Represent the voice of the user to prioritize CPQ roadmap features.
• Configure CPQ workflows including product configuration, pricing, guided selling, and approvals.
• Collaborate with UI/UX and IT teams to optimize the user interface.
• Act as liaison between Sales and IT to align solutions with KPIs.
• Lead UAT, develop test plans, ensure performance requirements are met.
• Facilitate change management with training docs and end-user support.
