Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree and Oracle certifications preferred.
• Two years of relevant experience in research administration or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Oracle Cloud ERP modules with a focus on research, grants, and labor distribution.
• Coordinate releases, testing, validation, and documentation with ITS Ignite and partners.
• Analyze business needs and design system improvements and workflows.
• Serve as technical point of contact for the application portfolio and support change management.
