Job summary

CherryRoad Tech Inc. seeks a Sr. Lead Consultant for Oracle Cloud Maintenance Management to guide clients through design, configuration, and optimization of maintenance processes.

You will lead discovery, requirements, and design while coordinating with inventory, procurement, and asset management teams. This senior role requires 10+ years in ERP/maintenance consulting, strongOracle Cloud knowledge, and the ability to mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of ERP, enterprise applications, maintenance management, supply chain, or related consulting experience.
• Significant hands‑on experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud Maintenance Management.
• Demonstrated experience serving as a functional lead on full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations.
• Strong understanding of maintenance management processes and related Oracle Cloud applications.
• Experience with requirements gathering, functional design, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Prior consulting experience.
• Public sector experience preferred.
• Ability to travel based on client and project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional lead and subject matter expert for Oracle Cloud Maintenance Management on engagements.
• Lead client discovery, requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support activities.
• Configure and support Oracle Cloud Maintenance Management functionality to meet client business and operational requirements.
• Lead design and optimization of maintenance processes, including work definitions, work orders, preventive and corrective maintenance, scheduling and execution.
• Advise clients on Oracle Cloud functionality, options, and opportunities for business process improvement.
• Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical resources on integrations, reports, and extensions.
• Lead or support functional testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, data validation, cutover, go-live, and stabilization activities.
• Stay current with Oracle Cloud releases and leading practices relevant to Maintenance Management.
