Job summary

Deloitte’s GPS practice is seeking a Delivery Senior Consultant to design, build, and deliver technical integrations, data conversions, and reporting for Oracle Cloud HCM implementations. You will collaborate with HR, security, reporting stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to assess impacts and resolve risks.

The role requires 5+ years delivering Oracle Cloud HCM solutions and 3+ years in integrations and reporting, plus a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering Oracle Cloud HCM technical solutions.
• 3+ years supporting or leading integrations, conversions, and reporting for the full lifecycle implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance for this role.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deliver technical integrations, data conversions, and reporting activities across Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
• Identify cross-functional impacts across HR, security, reporting, and integrations; escalate risks or issues as appropriate.
• Support integration design and execution across Oracle Cloud HCM and connected systems, including inbound/outbound interfaces, middleware coordination, data mapping, and end-to-end validation.
• Contribute to data conversion activities, including data extraction, cleansing, transformation, load preparation, reconciliation, and cutover support to enable accurate and complete migration from legacy systems.
• Support the reporting workstream by gathering reporting requirements, assisting in the development of operational and compliance reports, and helping validate data quality, usability, and stakeholder needs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional technical teams to track risks, dependencies, and issues across integrations, conversions, and reporting, while supporting testing, go-live, and post-production stabilization
