Job summary

Deloitte’s Government & Public Services GPS practice is hiring a Delivery Consultant to design, build, and deploy Oracle Cloud HCM integrations, data conversions, and reporting for government clients.

The successful candidate will work independently and with teams, communicate effectively, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while supporting cross-functional HR, security, and reporting workstreams. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years delivering Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions.
• 1+ years supporting or leading integrations for a full-life cycle implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Ability to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance for this role.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% on average, based on client needs.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, build, and delivery of technical integrations, data conversions, and reporting across Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
• Assist with cross-functional impacts across HR, security, reporting, and integrations; escalate risks or issues as appropriate.
• Support integration design and execution across Oracle Cloud HCM and connected systems, including interfaces, data mapping, and end-to-end validation.
• Contribute to data conversion activities: extraction, cleansing, transformation, load, reconciliation, and cutover support.
• Support the reporting workstream by gathering requirements and helping validate data quality and stakeholder needs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track risks, dependencies, and issues; support testing, go-live, and post-production stabilization.
