We are seeking a Senior Oracle Cloud Financials Solution Architect to join our growing Oracle ERP practice. This full-time role can be based anywhere in the United States, with willingness to travel onsite as needed. The ideal candidate has senior architect experience, can anticipate project needs, and drive solutions and sales opportunities, including proposal creation and client presentations. This role requires a versatile leader eager for a dynamic environment and career growth.

What You’ll Do

• Support client engagements with Oracle Cloud Financials expertise.
• Design and oversee the implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP solutions, including hands-on development and prototyping.
• Ensure solutions meet client requirements, are architecturally sound, and risks are managed.
• Align solutions with AST’s offerings to ensure profitable growth.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate requirements and design tailored solutions based on industry best practices.
• Act as a technical interface to clients and develop new business opportunities.
• Lead testing cycles and ensure quality in deliverables.
• Advise clients on strategy, design, and implementation approaches.
• Assist in project planning, timelines, and milestones.
• Identify and help develop new business opportunities and change orders.
• Contribute to practice growth through thought leadership and strategic planning.
• Participate in client presentations and proposal management.
• Maintain knowledge of current technologies and industry trends.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of ERP implementation experience.
• Leadership as a Senior Solution Architect on at least 2 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud projects in the USA.
• Experience in the Public Sector domain is a plus.
• Knowledge of GASB Accounting, Fund and Projects & Grants Accounting.
• Hands-on experience designing scalable enterprise systems in Oracle Cloud Financials.
• Project exposure to other Cloud modules like Supply Chain and HCM is desirable.
• Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
• Organized, detail-oriented, proficient in Microsoft Office.
• 4-year Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
