IBM Consulting seeks a Senior Oracle Cloud Financials Solution Architect to join our team. This full-time role can be located anywhere in the United States and requires travel to support client onsite engagements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years ERP implementation experience.
• Senior Solution Architect on 2+ Oracle Cloud full lifecycle projects in the USA.
• Public Sector domain experience considered an asset.
• Knowledge of GASB Accounting, Encumbrance, Fund, Projects and Grants accounting.
• Hands-on technologist with modular, scalable Oracle Cloud Financials design experience.
• Exposure to other Cloud modules such as Supply Chain and HCM.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse team.
• Independent yet collaborative, proactive in helping others.
• Strong verbal and written communication across all levels.
• Organized and detail-oriented with solid Office skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Adaptable to new projects with a can-do attitude.
• Able to work on multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Support client engagements with Oracle Cloud Financials SME expertise.
• Lead solution design and full implementation for Oracle Cloud ERP projects.
• Ensure proposed solutions meet client requirements and are architecturally complete.
• Align solutions with portfolio offerings to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to evaluate requirements and manage traceability.
• Review current processes and design customer-specific solutions.
• Act as a technical interface and develop business opportunities.
• Lead implementation team in testing cycles and test-script development.
• Provide guidance on IBM offerings, strategy, designs, and tradeoffs.
• Contribute to project plan, timelines, and milestones.
• Identify opportunities for new or follow-on work and assist in change orders.
• Provide thought leadership for Practice growth.
• Participate in strategic planning and client presentations.
• Oversee proposal management, risk analysis, and client demos.
• Support presales with architectural demos and effort estimates.
• Maintain knowledge of technologies and industry trends.
