Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Oracle Services to guide engagements and translate business requirements into technical solutions. You will interact with business stakeholders, design architecture, and manage complex Oracle-based initiatives across finance and related modules.

The role emphasizes leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic delivery in a hybrid client-facing setup. You will drive engagement delivery, sponsor proposals, manage budgets, and ensure quality and risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Typically 5–7 years of relevant Oracle finance module experience as a solution architect and engagements lead.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Financials end-to-end processes and integration with SCM, HCM, and EPM.
• Ability to lead and collaborate with internal and external teams and make decisions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; able to influence stakeholders.
• Experience leading large transformation projects and SaaS implementations.
• Hands-on configuration experience and system architecture design expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Lead and support pursuit and proposal activity.
• Oversee program/project management and engage economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
