Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior ERP Architect / Systems Developer in the United States to lead the architecture, design, and development of Oracle Cloud EPM solutions for critical federal government operations. You will ensure secure, scalable, and maintainable systems aligned with DoD standards, guiding configuration, data management, and platform performance across EPM modules.

You will mentor teams, review deliverables, and drive Agile delivery and release management, including inbound/outbound

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 12 years IT experience with 7+ years designing and implementing Oracle Cloud EPM or similar ERP financial solutions.
Expert-level knowledge of Oracle EPM Enterprise Data Management with 2+ additional in-scope modules (Planning, Account Reconciliation, Narrative Reporting, or Profitability and Cost Management).
Experience designing solutions for U.S. federal government customers.
Experience with cloud-based software including SaaS, COTS/GOTS, or commercial service offerings.
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and stakeholder engagement.
Familiarity with FedRAMP, NIST, and FISMA security/compliance.
At least 8 years of software and interface development experience.
Experience designing enterprise-scale API integrations and middleware.
Hands-on expertise in EPM rules, data integration, and automation scripting.
Ability to lead design workshops and communicate architectural trade-offs to stakeholders.
U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain Tier 2 background investigation and CAC.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end Oracle Cloud EPM solution architecture and lead design across configuration, integration, and data workstreams.
Design EDM structures to support Planning, Profitability and Cost Management, Account Reconciliation, and Narrative Reporting.
Translate business requirements into EPM designs, prioritizing standard out-of-the-box functionality.
Develop and maintain business rules, calculation logic, and data integrations using EPM tools and REST APIs.
Review and approve technical designs, configuration docs, and code in each sprint.
Design inbound/outbound integrations with systems like DMHRSi, GFEBS, MHS GENESIS, DMLSS, and Data Repository feeds.
Advise on platform performance and environment strategy across dev/test/prod and Oracle quarterly updates.
Participate in Agile sprint ceremonies with government stakeholders.
Mentor teams, conduct Peer reviews, promote engineering standards.
Ensure shared master data/hierarchies support integrated financial processes.
