Job summary

Expedia Group is seeking a senior finance-technology leader to own the strategy, architecture, and roadmap for the CCR platform portfolio (Oracle Cloud GL, FCCS, TRCS, EPCM, BlackLine). You will drive enhancements, automate reconciliation and journal entry workflows, and ensure SOX controls and ITGC alignment across close cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Tech with 10+ years of experience, or Master’s with 7+ years.
• Hands-on experience with CCR platform portfolio: Oracle Cloud ERP GL, FCCS, TRCS, BlackLine, EPCM.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial close, consolidation, SOX controls, and enterprise finance operations.
• 3+ years leading engineering or functional teams, with hiring, mentoring, and performance management.
• Experience managing blended teams across global locations.
• Ability to lead complex, ambiguous initiatives spanning multiple platforms and stakeholders.
• Proficient written and verbal communication across technical and business audiences.
• Experience in Agile or structured delivery environments managing cross-functional initiatives across multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, architecture, and roadmap across CCR platform portfolio.
• Lead enhancements and automation of reconciliation and journal entry workflows.
• Lead data integration pipelines connecting CCR with upstream subledgers and ERP systems.
• Ensure SOX controls, ITGCs, audit requirements, and change management standards.
• Establish best practices for development, testing, release management, and performance optimization.
• Partner with Accounting, Tax, FP&A, Internal Controls, and Finance leadership to translate requirements.
• Lead and grow a blended team of Oracle Application Engineers, Data Engineers, and Analysts.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual close touchpoints and adopt Oracle Cloud/AI capabilities.
