Job summary

Expedia Group in Seattle seeks a Senior CCR Platform Leader to own strategy, architecture, and roadmaps for the close, consolidation, and reconciliation stack (Oracle Cloud GL, FCCS, TRCS, EPCM, BlackLine). You will drive end-to-end close improvements, data integration, and SOX-compliant controls across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience in Finance or Technology or equivalent professional experience.
• Hands-on experience across CCR platform portfolio including Oracle Cloud ERP GL, FCCS, TRCS, BlackLine, EPCM.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial close, SOX controls and audit requirements.
• 3+ years leading engineering or functional teams across global locations.
• Experience managing blended teams of FTEs and contractors.
• Proven ability to lead complex initiatives spanning multiple platforms and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, architecture and roadmap across CCR platform portfolio (Oracle Cloud GL, BlackLine, FCCS, TRCS, EPCM).
• Lead delivery of enhancements and automation for month-end, quarter-end, year-end closes.
• Lead data integration pipelines connecting CCR with upstream subledgers, ERP systems, and Polaris data framework.
• Ensure SOX ITGCs, audit requirements and enterprise change management standards.
• Establish best practices for development, testing, release management and performance.
• Partner with Accounting, Tax, FP&A, Internal Controls, Treasury, Audit and Technology leadership to translate requirements into solutions.
• Lead and grow a blended team of Oracle Applications Engineers, Data Engineers and Functional Analysts.
