Job summary

EY’s Oracle Services practice seeks a Manager to lead complex Oracle SCM/ERP projects, guiding delivery from planning to closure and ensuring quality and risk management. You will interact with external clients, lead workstreams, and travel as needed to deliver high-impact solutions.

Ideal candidates bring 4–6 years in Oracle SCM/ERP Cloud and integration tech, strong leadership, and ability to foster strong client relationships while navigating multi-vendor environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 4–6 years of relevant experience in SCM/Finance tech leadership.
• Experience with Oracle SCM/ERP Cloud implementations and Oracle EBS modules such as Order Management and Inventory.
• Hands-on experience with integration platforms and architectures (IICS, MuleSoft, Boomi).
• Proven track record leading multi-vendor projects and guiding teams.
• Strong communication, client service, and business process–tech alignment skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex Oracle implementations, guiding workstreams from planning to closure.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders, managing scope, schedule, and budget.
• Architect data flow, migrations, and integration across supply chain and finance processes.
• Develop teams, provide feedback, and drive high-quality solutions.
