Job summary

EY's Oracle Services practice seeks a Manager in Application Design and Development to lead the delivery of complex Oracle-based programs and migration projects. You will guide teams, engage clients in workshops, and drive quality and risk management across engagements.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, client interaction, and exposure to diverse Oracle technologies, with a 60-80% travel expectation and a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• A 4-year bachelor's degree is required with at least 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• 4-6 years relevant experience working with SCM / Finance application implementations as a Technical Lead or related role, with at least 2 years in a managerial/IT integration capacity.
• 2-3 full cycle implementations of Oracle SCM/ERP Cloud and 3-4 Oracle EBS modules (Order Management, Pricing, Inventory, PIM, Procurement, Manufacturing).
• 2-3 years hands-on experience with FBDI, OTBI, REST and SOAP.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi or similar integration platforms to architect and build integrations with Oracle Cloud Applications.
• Knowledge of Oracle methodologies such as OUM or AIM.
• Strong written and verbal communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel 60-80% of a work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Engage with external clients, participate in working sessions, and lead workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
• Travel may be required to meet client needs.
