Job summary

Intone Inc in Washington, DC is seeking a Senior Oracle APEX Developer/SME for a 24+ month contract to support full lifecycle development of custom Oracle Applications using Oracle APEX.

You will work under the program manager, perform advanced Oracle APEX work, use Quest Toad and SQL Developer, design dynamic web content with jQuery/JS/CSS/HTML, and help migrate Oracle Forms to scalable web solutions. Strong collaboration and security clearance eligibility are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12-15 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 10-13 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust security clearance.
• Experience with secure network programming in an Oracle environment, including use of security certificates and HTTPS callouts.
• Experience with full lifecycle development of custom Oracle Applications using the Oracle APEX toolset.
• Experience with Oracle Integrated Development Environments such as Quest Toad and Oracle SQL Developer.
• Experience with jQuery, Ajax, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Experience with PL/SQL, Java, Windows PowerShell, and Unix shell scripting with familiarity of built-in PL/SQL packages and procedures.
• Experience with storage, efficient retrieval, and manipulation of unstructured data (BLOBs, CLOBs, JSON, XMLType) in an Oracle environment.
• Experience establishing goals and meeting project plan objectives.
• Experience with data migration tools and techniques.
• Ability to write and maintain system documentation on work products.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
