Job summary

ITC Federal, Inc. seeks a Senior Oracle Developer/Administrator for a DOJ NSD contract in Washington, DC. This onsite role requires an active Top Secret clearance and the ability to obtain SCI prior to starting.

You will develop and maintain Oracle databases and applications, code PL/SQL, build with Oracle APEX, and use TOAD for productivity. The anticipated salary range is $115,000–$125,000 with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Oracle development and administration experience.
• Experience with Oracle databases; development of Oracle applications; use of TOAD; advanced PL/SQL knowledge; Oracle APEX expertise.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Oracle databases and applications using Oracle development tools; implement, integrate, and administer Oracle databases in support of mission applications.
• Code stored procedures and triggers using advanced PL/SQL techniques; build and maintain applications in Oracle Application Express (APEX); use Oracle productivity tools such as TOAD.
• Implement methods and procedures for stable configuration and control of application updates and changes; prepare and deliver written and oral communications; develop training materials and provide training to the user community (attorneys, paralegals, and support staff).
