Job summary

Barnes Jewish Hospital, part of BJC HealthCare, seeks a mid shift senior supply distribution technician to support operating room supply picking and returns processing. The role focuses on lean supply practices, inventory control, and maintaining clean, organized supply rooms across departments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-5 years of experience in supply/distribution or related field.
• Knowledge of inventory management and lean principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily management of medical materials for multiple departments.
• Perform cleaning, organization and stocking in supply rooms.
• Review par levels and usage with department leadership; aid in training staff.
• Process stock/non-stock orders and coordinate with procurement to resolve issues.
• Ensure safety standards and housekeeping in supply areas.
