Sunbelt Staffing in Saint Petersburg, FL is seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse for a contract assignment. You will support surgical teams, circulate and/or scrub, and ensure patient safety through meticulous perioperative care.

The role requires an active RN license, at least 1 year OR experience, BLS and ACLS certifications, and strong communication and critical thinking. You’ll work with surgeons and anesthesia providers across multiple specialties and maintain accurate

Competenze

• Active RN license
• At least 1 year of OR RN experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Proven ability to circulate and/or scrub in a variety of surgical specialties
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
• Familiarity with OR protocols and aseptic techniques

Mansioni

• Prepare operating room for surgical procedures, including equipment and sterile field setup
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments before, during, and after procedures
• Circulate and/or scrub in OR procedures as assigned
• Collaborate with surgical team to provide quality and safe patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation in patient charts and medical records
• Adhere to facility policies, safety guidelines, and infection control standards
• Provide ongoing updates and support to patients families as appropriate
