Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee operating room renovations and new build projects for healthcare environments. You will partner with customers, contractors, architects and internal teams to ensure successful program execution from planning through completion.

This role suits a construction-focused leader who thrives in fast-paced settings, manages multiple projects concurrently, and drives demolition through final installation while maintaining high quality and regulatory

6+ years of related experience required.

Responsibilities

Lead OR renovation and new construction projects from quote through customer sign-off.
Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, schedules, and contractor relationships.
Oversee demolition, site preparation, construction activities, and installation readiness.
Coordinate contractors, architects, facility leaders, and healthcare stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Drive project planning, risk mitigation, vendor management, and customer satisfaction.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
