Senior Project Manager – OR Renovation for Stryker Communications Join Stryker and lead the delivery of complex healthcare construction projects that transform surgical environments. As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee operating room renovations and new build projects from planning through completion, partnering with customers, contractors, architects, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution. This role is ideal for a construction-focused leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, manages multiple projects simultaneously, and has experience managing contractors, construction scopes, and renovation projects from demolition through final installation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead OR renovation and new construction projects from quote through customer sign-off.
  • Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, schedules, and contractor relationships.
  • Oversee demolition, site preparation, construction activities, and installation readiness.
  • Coordinate contractors, architects, facility leaders, and healthcare stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Drive project planning, risk mitigation, vendor management, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
