Job summary

ENERCON Services, Inc. in the United States seeks a Civil Structural Engineer for the Data Center Mission Critical Group to design and analyze building systems for data centers and new constructions.

You will lead projects, perform seismic analysis, develop detailed structural designs, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams. The role supports client needs, fosters relationships, and offers opportunities for leadership and travel across multiple US locations including Houston, TX.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited university.
  • Typically requires 6 years of experience in a design engineering role preferably in design of structures in commercial and critical infrastructure environments.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in preparation of structural calculations is desired.
  • PE or SE desired or plan to obtain within the next 2 years.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including, but not limited to, Word and Excel.
  • Minimum basic level of proficiency in CAD software.
  • ETABS software experience strongly preferred.
  • Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to be an individual contributor and work effectively in teams.
  • Ability to be a lead responsible engineer for a project involving multi‑discipline work.
  • Must be able to climb ladders and/or stairs at client sites.
  • Ability to travel between 15-25% of the time; duration of travel may vary depending on project and client needs.

Compensation Range

USD $107,200.00 - USD $183,000.00 /Yr.
