As a Senior or Principal Engineer at Toole Design, you\'ll lead the design and delivery of highly visible transportation projects. You\'ll guide civil design teams on temporary and permanent safety improvement projects to multimodal capacity expansion projects with innovative intersection treatments to major capital projects —collaborating with clients and interdisciplinary teams from concept through construction. Along the way, you\'ll mentor junior staff, lead client meetings, and turn complex challenges into creative, buildable solutions. You\'ll also support business development across Georgia and the South, growing as a trusted expert in a company that promotes from within.
