Toole Design is looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to join our growing team in Pittsburgh, PA. We’re seeking someone ready to lead transportation projects, take ownership, and guide project delivery in line with our mission and values.
As a Senior Civil Engineer, you’ll lead transportation projects from concept through construction, working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality, multimodal solutions. You’ll play a key role in guiding design, mentoring staff, and ensuring projects move forward efficiently and effectively.

We are targeting a salary range of $126,000 to $143,000 for this position. Candidates with exceptional qualifications who exceed the required experience may qualify for additional compensation.
