Job summary

Goldbelt Apex, a part of the Healthcare Technology Transformation Group, is seeking an Operations Research Systems Analyst III to provide methods, plans, and policy recommendations based on studies and analyses covering warfighting capability requirements, force modernization, rapid acquisition/rapid equipping, Army studies and analyses, experimentation, test and evaluation, and science and technology.

Responsibilities include gathering information from team members, defining business supply

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mathematics, statistics, operations research, or a related field.
• 15 years of experience in advanced statistical analysis, simulations, predictive modeling, and OR techniques.
• 5+ years experience analyzing Army Rapid Acquisition/equipping requirements at the strategic level.

Responsibilities

• Gather information from team members and organizations within the equipping enterprise.
• Define business supply problems and use statistics, simulations, predictive modeling to develop solutions.
• Research options and determine high-value outcomes for levels of equipping and optimization; recommend strategies.
• Create reports, memorandums and briefings for the Commanding General to explain findings.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
