Job summary

For Eyes is seeking an Associate Optometrist to lead clinical care at our Chicago Ridge store. You will perform comprehensive eye exams, diagnose eye health issues, and recommend eyewear aligned with patient needs, while delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will collaborate with the Store Manager and regional leadership to drive quality care, ensure licensure compliance, and coach team members.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree or equivalent.
• Commitment to quality patient care and service.
• Knowledge of current optometric theory and technology.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Solid problem solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with store team and management.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of high-quality optometric care and brand experience.
• Manage KPI performance and drive store results.
• Establish positive doctor/patient relationships and ensure patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and Regional Manager to grow the business.
• Lead staff training and provide constructive feedback.
• Uphold all licensure and continuing education requirements.
