Job summary

Public is building the Agentic Brokerage, focusing on serious investors using AI across asset classes. We’re seeking a senior strategist to own acquisition, advocacy and retention of high-volume options traders, partnering with product, engineering and partners to scale volume on Public.

You'll demo our API and AI Agents to traders, develop a scalable outreach plan, and drive adoption while navigating regulatory requirements. Independence and a proven sales engine are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in premier consumer finance/capital markets
• Series 7, Series 4 and/or 63/66 (or immediate path to completing)
• Deep hands-on expertise in options trading: single-leg and multi-leg strategies
• Track record of sales and/or direct customer acquisition success
• Experience working within regulatory compliance constraints to deliver business outcomes
• Ability to build processes for acquiring clients from a blank slate
• Creative problem solver on behalf of company and clients
• Ability to represent the firm and speak publicly, including in options-trader communities
• Active Public member and options trader (sign up today!)

Responsibilities

• Own acquisition, advocacy, and retention of high-volume options traders
• Build and maintain a pipeline of high-potential prospects from Public-generated and outbound channels
• Collaborate with external partners to hit goals and scale volume
• Demo API and AI Agents to traders and gather feedback for product and engineering
