Job summary

Qualifications

• Ph.D. REQUIRED in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Analytics, Data Science, or related field.
• Experience designing, developing, and implementing moderately to highly complex optimization models.
• Strong knowledge of OR methodologies including linear programming and network optimization.
• Experience with commercial solvers such as Gurobi, CPLEX, Xpress, or equivalents.
• Strong programming skills for production-quality analytical software (Java, Python, C++).

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of advanced optimization and decision-support systems.
• Translate business requirements into quantitative modeling frameworks.
• Design and architect scalable optimization solutions for enterprise environments.
• Develop mathematical models using OR techniques (LP, MIP, network, stochastic).
• Collaborate with software and data teams to integrate models into production systems.
• Lead model validation, calibration, sensitivity, and scenario analyses.
• Communicate results to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to analysts.
