Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Optical Engineering, Physics, Electrical, Mechanical or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in systems engineering for complex electro-optical products.
• Experience with requirements development and flow-down across disciplines.
• Knowledge of system architecture, interfaces, verification planning and traceability.
• Experience working from customer specifications and in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer specifications into complete, verifiable system requirements.
• Define and maintain system architecture and Interfaces across teams.
• Allocate performance budgets (optical, thermal, mechanical).
• Lead trade studies to support design decisions and risk mitigation.
• Support verification plans, manufacturing integration and customer reviews.
