Northrop Grumman Space Systems in Chandler, AZ seeks a Principal Optical Subsystem I&T Engineer to support the EO Group within the Launch Vehicles unit. You will assist in the integration and testing of EO hardware, working with senior engineers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure subassembly and system performance.

The role emphasizes hands-on lab work, collaboration across disciplines, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Optical Engineering, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant experience or a Master’s degree.
• Ability to obtain DoD Secret security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Support the integration and testing of electro-optical subsystems (EO).
• Assist in development and review of test plans and procedures.
• Execute test activities and record data for analysis of performance.
• Calibrate and prepare optical test equipment and labs.
• Prepare test reports for stakeholders and collaborate with systems teams.
