Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience required, within Visionworks or another organization.
• ABO Certification may substitute for experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Maintain Optician license per state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily sales goals through exceptional customer experience.
• Engage with patients and recommend products meeting eye care needs.
• Measure eyewear and maintain product knowledge to ensure Right the First Time.
• Execute day-to-day operational activities including store opening/closing as needed.
