Job summary

Visionworks in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Lead to be the face of our brand and guide patients through the eyewear journey with knowledge and a friendly, human touch.

You will drive daily sales, engage with customers, measure fit, and support store operations from merchandising to order fulfillment, with ABO certification preferred and HS diploma required.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience required or ABO Certification in lieu of experience.
• Related customer or patient experience preferred.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs.
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through cont. training and development to ensure eyewear is Right the First Time.
• Executeday-to-dayoperational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear to ship.
