Job summary

Visionworks in Spokane, WA is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist-Lead/Sales Lead to be the face of our brand, guiding customers through eyewear solutions with a focus on service and sales excellence. Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED or equivalent related job experience.
• ABO Certification in lieu of experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engages with patients/customers and recommends products and services that meet their eye care needs.
• Measures patients/customers for eyewear and maintains product knowledge through training to ensure eyewear is right the first time.
• Supports store operations, including opening and closing duties as needed in leadership positions.
