Qualifications

• 10-15 years non-academic work experience, preferably at enterprise scale and startups.
• Experience bringing complex optical systems from concept to production.
• Deep experience in free-space optics, fiber optics, lasers, and opto-mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop optical modules for quantum computers.
• Lead an interdisciplinary team through the product development process.
• Troubleshoot technical issues at customer locations.
