Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field.
• 8+ years in procurement with 3+ years in optical/semiconductor components.
• Experience sourcing optical transceivers, pluggables, or silicon photonics.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end procurement strategy for BOMs including photonic components.
• Identify, qualify, and manage suppliers; establish multi-source strategies.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and long-term supply agreements; drive cost reductions.
• Support NPI and scale supply chains from prototype to volume production.
• Monitor supply risk and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Execute purchase orders and manage supplier performance with scorecards.
