Job summary

Bestow in Dallas asks for a Sr. Operations Manager to be the operational right hand to our leadership, turning intent into execution across reporting, systems, and cross-functional programs. You will own dashboards, drive analytics, and configure tools to improve capacity and quality.

You should have 5-7 years in operations with insurance exposure, a bias toward action, strong collaboration, and hands-on Excel/SQL skills. We offer equity, flexible remote/hybrid work, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in operations or similar execution-focused role.
• Direct experience in insurance or carrier operations.
• Bias toward action: ships, iterates and delivers.

Responsibilities

• Own reporting layer for operations: dashboards and performance reviews.
• Identify root causes and translate findings into recommendations.
• Forecasting, staffing, and productivity analysis with workforce planning.
• Configure and administer operations and telephony systems (routing, IVR, queues).
• Lead end-to-end improvement initiatives from definition to rollout and measurement.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Product to define requirements.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure follow-through.
