Job summary

Ascentek is seeking an Operations Maintenance Technician III to maintain production equipment across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control systems. You will troubleshoot complex equipment, perform root-cause analysis, and support engineering with new installations.

The role requires hands-on pump experience and strong CMMS proficiency. Excellent benefits are provided, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Five (5) or more years of maintenance experience in an industrial maintenance environment performing preventive and corrective maintenance; OR a technical certification within a relevant discipline combined with a related maintenance background.
• Demonstrated experience troubleshooting and repairing production or packaging equipment.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting, repairing, and rebuilding industrial pumps (rotary vane, AODD, centrifugal, gear).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive inspections and maintenance on production equipment in assigned areas per the preventive maintenance program.
• Clean and inspect equipment; perform adjustments and replace worn parts.
• Provide emergency and unscheduled repairs during production and scheduled maintenance.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild pumps and fluid transfer equipment; assist with equipment installs and commissioning.
• Read service manuals, electrical schematics, and mechanical prints to perform maintenance tasks.
