Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Optical Engineering or related field; Master’s beneficial.
• At least 10 years in manufacturing, 7+ in leadership, optics/semiconductors/aerospace preferred.
• Lean/Six Sigma or similar process-improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to meet standards and timelines.
• Ensure products meet quality specifications and implement inspection protocols.
• Lead process optimization to improve productivity and reduce waste.
• Manage and develop manufacturing engineers, technicians and operators.
• Oversee maintenance/calibration of precision optics manufacturing equipment.
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and supply chain for design-to-production transitions.
