Job summary

Morrison Living in New Jersey seeks a VP of Operations to lead regional hospitality operations, ensuring efficient resource management, service delivery, and performance analyses across multiple sites.

You will direct high-performing teams, identify client needs, communicate program progress, and manage budgets and forecasts while upholding culinary standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• 12-15 years upscale food service, including 10 years in management.
• Experience in personnel management including hiring, supervision, evaluation and succession planning.
• Ability to multi-task and stay focused amid interruptions.
• Decision making based on financial reports and similar data.
• HACCP knowledge and proper food storage/use.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• ServSafe or Health Department certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meets commitment to results across Client Retention, Financial Performance, Compliance, Culinary Programs and HR.
• Directs business to high performance as measured by the company scorecard.
• Builds relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Identifies client needs and communicates progress and new programs.
• Oversees audits including financial, contractual, sanitation and HR.
• Develops and monitors budgets and forecasts.
