Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, seeks a Regional Director of Operations to lead a multi-site healthcare food service portfolio across CT, RI, MA and the Hudson Valley. You will drive operational excellence, financial performance, patient satisfaction, and regulatory compliance while partnering with clients and site teams.

The role requires strong leadership of dispersed teams, strategic planning, and a proven track record in healthcare dining operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven healthcare food service leadership across hospitals/health systems.
• Strong financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, P&L accountability.
