Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or 10 years of applicable experience.
• ASQ CQE certification preferred; other ASQ certifications are desirable.
• Experience in manufacturing environments with GD&T and MRB processes.
• Lean, Six Sigma, and FMEA/DOE knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality planning for new product launches and improvements.
• Collaborate with Value Stream managers to resolve complex quality issues.
• Oversee preventive and corrective actions with robust verification.
• Conduct process capability, GR&R studies and audits.
• Review engineering drawings, specs, and work instructions for conformance.
• Mentor Quality Technicians and Inspectors; act as a daily Quality lead.
