Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Ops Engineer to own and execute strategic, cross-functional operations and technology projects for the Sub Same Day Delivery expansion. The role requires strong project management, deep understanding of fulfillment operations, inventory flows, and scalability across networks.

The candidate will partner with Maintenance, Design, and Innovation Engineering to integrate material handling equipment and drive end-to-end process improvements, with visibility to senior leadership

Qualifications

• 5+ years of managing large cross-functional projects.
• Experience leading reliability/maintenance or engineering initiatives.
• Strong presentation skills for senior management.
• Experience with material handling equipment (MHE) or automation.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-visibility automation programs for SSD network growth.
• Collaborate with Reliability Maintenance, Design, and Innovation Engineering teams.
• Deliver engineering program milestones and meet operational goals with stakeholders.
• Analyze dashboards and logs to drive next steps and problem solving.
• Track weekly quality and capacity of MHE and align with operations to meet customer promises.
