Job summary

Sightpath Medical is seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to support mobile cataract and LASIK services across the U.S. You will work with top surgeons in ophthalmic procedures, providing critical intraoperative support and equipment management in a dynamic travel-friendly role.

The ideal candidate holds Surgical Technology degree with NBSTSA certification or eligibility, is travel-ready, and can build strong relationships with surgical teams. Relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications

• Degree in Surgical Technology with NBSTSA certification or eligibility.
• Willing to travel within assigned territory; company covers travel expenses.
• Excellent communicator with surgeons and their teams.
• Organized and detail-oriented; manage equipment and admin tasks.
• Ophthalmic OR experience is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ophthalmic surgical support across mobile cataract and LASIK procedures.
• Train and work with surgeons in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage equipment and maintain records across facilities.
