Job summary

Sightpath Medical is seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join a nationwide mobile cataract and LASIK service. You will travel across facilities, support ophthalmic procedures, and work with top surgeons in a fast-paced environment.

Relocation assistance available; comprehensive on-the-job training; benefits include health/dental/vision, 401(k); must have Surgical Technology degree and NBSTSA certification.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Surgical Technology degree and NBSTSA certification or be eligible.
• Willing to travel within the territory and stay overnight when required.
• Excellent communication with surgeons and teams.
• Organized and detail-oriented; manage equipment and admin tasks.
• Ophthalmic OR experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel to multiple facilities within the assigned territory.
• Work independently within a team of experts.
• Receive comprehensive on-the-job training in ophthalmic procedures.
• Provide clinical support and maintain equipment.
