Job summary

Biomerics, a leading medical device manufacturer in Salt Lake City, seeks a Sr. Operator to perform precise adhesive application, micro-soldering, and tube handling in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities include mechanical assembly, component threading, and routine quality inspections while maintaining strict GMP and safety standards. You will contribute to daily production schedules and participate in Lean initiatives to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to read, write, and understand instructions and drawings.
• Experience with inspection tools like calipers or micrometers is a plus.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in manufacturing tasks.
• Ability to follow procedures and safety rules in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Apply adhesives and perform micro-soldering as part of assemblies.
• Cut tube lengths and perform mechanical assembly using fasteners.
• Connect wiring or circuit components and perform basic packaging.
• Conduct routine quality inspections and maintain documentation per SOPs.
• Assist with line clearance, batch records, and training records as required.
• Support Lean Manufacturing activities and participate in area improvement projects.
