Job summary

Biomerics is seeking an Operator 1 to join our production team in Utah. You will perform assembly of products under strict process controls, maintain accurate documentation, and support quality and safety systems in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include bonding, soldering, basic assembly, inspections, sealing, and packaging. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and potential training duties as you gain competency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to read and comprehend procedures written in English.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when completing paperwork.
• Previous experience as an operator or assembler in manufacturing is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• As Operator 1, perform production tasks to assemble products with rigorous process compliance and complete required documentation.
• Conduct bonding, soldering, basic assembly, inspections, sealing, and general packaging as trained.
• Maintain area inventory and participate in continuous improvement projects to reduce waste.
• Assist with training other operators after demonstrating competency; ensure safety and quality systems are followed.
