Job summary

MSP Hire, Inc. in Juneau, AK is seeking a Senior Operator / Integrator to act as COO’s counterpart, driving day-to-day operations and scalable service delivery for our growing MSP.

You will partner with founders and leads to improve systems, establish accountability, and build the foundations for sustainable growth, balancing operational excellence with a people-first approach. Open to candidates in Alaska or willing to relocate with relocation support; travel to Seattle/Portland and intra-state

Qualifications

• Experience scaling an MSP or similar IT services company (15–30+ people).
• Ability to implement and optimize processes across teams.
• Familiarity with EOS, Traction, or similar operating systems; focus on outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations and keep things running smoothly.
• Untangle processes, reduce escalations, improve cross-team collaboration.
• Put systems in place and establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting loops.
