Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• Up to three years of related manufacturing or industry experience.
• Basic understanding of computer systems and data analysis.
• Ability to learn new skills and follow directions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment/tools/machinery to prepare and assemble product.
• Set up and operate equipment/tools/machinery, including complex equipment to prepare and assemble product.
• Assure product meets quality standards.
• May test products using established procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Meet production metrics (takt time).
• Serve as a resource to others in resolution of complex problems.
• Check and fill out reports, manufacturing orders, scrap, rejects and production times.
• May complete inventory-cycle counts and track work in progress.
