Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Senior Operator for the Kitchen Department. You will lead and execute complex manufacturing tasks, ensure equipment runs safely, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The role supports production of trusted brands and reinforced commitment to quality and safety.

The position requires reading and understanding English, 1–3 years of manufacturing experience, and lifting up to 50 lbs. On-site shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing or factory experience preferred.
• Able to read, write, and understand English.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout your shift.
• Ability to work at heights of up to 25 feet.

Responsibilities

• Set up, clean, operate, and maintain equipment and machinery.
• Monitor and control process parameters to meet safety and quality standards.
• Perform in-process checks and quality inspections.
• Accurately scale and measure ingredients.
• Complete data entry using paper forms, computers, or tablets.
• Collaborate across departments to meet production goals.
• Follow safety rules, SOPs and cGMP guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

SHIFT/SCHEDULE:

This role operates on the 1st shift, with a schedule of Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM.

ONBOARDING SCHEDULE:

To ensure a successful start and seamless integration into the team, this role includes a structured 4-5-day onboarding program, typically scheduled from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All new employees are expected to complete this onboarding during their first week.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or factory setting preferred
• Able to read, write, and understand English
• Able tolift upto 50lbsand stand, bend, and move throughout your shift
• Ability to work at heights of up to 25 feet
