Job summary

HP Hood is seeking an Operator III to safely run batching, processing, separating and receiving operations. You will maintain sanitation, verify ingredients, log data, and ensure efficient production flow while following GMP and SQF standards.

The role requires a High School Diploma, basic math skills, and experience with manufacturing equipment. It offers growth opportunities in a fast-paced dairy processing environment with a strong safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Operate and clean in Batching, Separating, Receiving, and Processing areas.
• Support the processing master sanitation program.
• Organize daily processing schedule to ensure product availability.
• Verify powders are selected and recorded with weights, lot and batch numbers.
• Clean and sanitize all process equipment and lines per SOP.
• Operate processors, batching equipment, separator, and receiving areas safely.
• Follow GMP, SOP, and food safety practices; support SQF compliance.
• Maintain logs and paperwork; submit work orders for equipment.
• Report safety concerns to supervision and assist in training others.
