The role focuses on productivity, procedure improvements, and cross‑department collaboration with Legal, Claims, A/P and Account Management to resolve complex underwriting issues. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in managing 10+ staff in insurance/finance, with strong communication and MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum five years’ experience leading staff of 10+ in insurance/financial field.
• Strong verbal and written communication with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Underwriting Team and monitoring productivity and quality.
• Coordinate with Legal, Claims, A/P and Account Management to resolve issues.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports for management.
• Provide feedback and guidance to associates on procedures.
• Manage personnel actions and annual performance reviews.
